Independent Contractor Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean or reasonably acceptable driving record
  • Reliable vehicle in good operating condition
  • Current vehicle registration
  • Active auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements
  • Smartphone with GPS capability
  • Professional communication with dispatch and clients
  • Strong time management and dependability
  • Ability to pass background screening if required
  • Must operate as an Independent Contractor
  • Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

Additional Qualifications Preferred

  • Prior courier, delivery, trucking, or logistics experience
  • Knowledge of Pennsylvania routes and surrounding regionsa
  • Experience with medical or time-sensitive deliveries
  • DOT authority or commercial insurance for larger vehicles where applicable
